I completely agree that it is MUCH more fun to have a shopping buddy:-) Those lines would have felt so much longer without one. <br /><br />I braved it out to Southpoint later in the afternoon (and with a child). I made it to Pottery Barn, Barnes & Nobles, and Anne Taylor Loft. The sales at PB and AT were nothing special, but B&N had bestsellers at 40% off (with B&N membership. 30% off otherwise). It was nice to get a discount on new books for a change!<br /><br />I also made it over to Michael's and Home Goods. I wasn't impressed with the sales at Home Goods, but Michael's did have some good deals (and the shelves were still stocked).<br /><br />All in all, I would call today a success!
